Forming a Bond Committee

Last night council decided on the formation of a citzens committee to discuss the timing of a possible bond election, and if appropriate what city needs should be addressed in that bond package.
I will need to appoint individuals from District 3 to be a part of this committee. I’m also looking to form subcommittees whom will provide feedback from our VERY large district to ensure we are getting a solid response from the entire community. In order to properly make a selection I want to ensure that all individuals that are interested can be heard. I’m asking interested residents to email me with their personal contact information and answers to the following:
Why do you want to be on the Citzens Bond Committee?
What are the most pressing issues for this city?
What is your vision for the city of Surprise?
